March 18, 2020: COVID-19 Update

As you may know, at Harmony Physiotherapy we have been very closely been monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak. We have been following constant updates and enhanced patient screening and infection control measures as released from the local, provincial and federal public health agencies.

At Harmony Physiotherapy, the health and well-being of our patients, staff, and community remains our top priority and at the forefront as we make decisions in this rapidly evolving environment. In the best interest of our patients, staff and our community, Team Harmony Physiotherapy has mutually decided to close our clinics (Kingston, Ottawa, Athens) effective March 18, 2020 for two weeks. We are tentatively scheduled to re-open on March 31st, 2020, but the situation will be monitored closely and this date might change as further guidance is released in this area.

We are committed to keeping our patients updated in this evolving environment and will be sending electronic updates via email to all patients all on a weekly basis, every Monday as this situation further evolves. Updates will also be made available on our website

We understand that our services to our patients are essential for their physical and mental well-being. We do not take this responsibility lightly and would like to ensure that this decision was not easy, but was made for the good of the patients and community we serve.

All Canadians need to come together during this very difficult time and in advance, we appreciate your continued support and understanding.

As a new clinic in Ottawa, we are still in the early phases of building up patient caseloads, and despite the serious financial ramifications, we as a team have decided to take this important step.

During this closure, should you require any assistance please feel free to send an email at
